Project:
Renovation of a first floor space in a historic townhouse.
Project Scope:
Floorplan modifications while preserving the original design details and architectural elements; moulding, hardwood floors, fireplaces and mantels, mirrors, windows and shutters, doors and pocket doors. Design narrative study and space planning for retail space, coffee bar, cafe dining and event space. Test Fit / proof of concept including lighting plan and New Work Scope Notes for preliminary budget review and analysis. Project includes conceptual design and layout of furniture and furnishings, light fixtures, retail display units, and millwork / built-in coffee bar. Due to open at the end of 2024.
